1) During operation (under load), the vibration meter of the ultrasonic plastic welding machine should not exceed the red area (in standard fusion machines). If the indication exceeds, reduce the pressure, reduce the number of output sections, and adjust the sound wave. If the adjustment still cannot be lowered, please contact the relevant company for handling.

2) The vibrator and generator of the ultrasonic plastic welding machine have high-voltage circuits inside. Except for external operation adjustments, customers are not allowed to repair the machine inside. If there is too much moisture, it is necessary to regularly clean the moisture of the air compressor.

3) The grounding wire needs to be grounded and cannot be connected to the ground wire of the power supply to prevent high-voltage leakage.

4) The vibrator and expansion cone should not rotate more than 360 ° to avoid twisting and breaking the high-voltage line.

5) Please do not place the ultrasonic plastic welding machine in damp, dusty, or overheated areas. Do not place fluid objects above the machine. Pay attention to cleanliness and wipe it at any time, but do not use liquid cleaning.
