Ultrasonic welding head is divided into three kinds according to the mold material:
1, aluminum magnesium alloy mold, used for vibration system (horn) and welding head manufacturing, the material has high mechanical yield strength, high hardness, strong thermal conductivity, is the ideal ultrasonic mold manufacturing material; But aluminum is not wear-resistant, suitable for general welding requirements
2. Titanium alloy mould: used for continuous vibration, bremsstrahlung is high, heat conduction is good, hardness is high, cost is higher than magnesium aluminum alloy, but more durable and wear-resistant than magnesium aluminum alloy mould.
3, imported hard alloy steel mould: imported alloy material, high hardness, used for continuous welding or ultra-high wear resistance welding, low heat conduction, high mechanical loss of ultrasonic, because of wear resistance, the use of low cost, but the production process is more complex
According to the wavelength of ultrasonic welding head, it is divided into several kinds:
1, wavelength (half wave) mold
2, full wave mold
3, multi-wavelength mold
