Note on the use of filling and sealing machine

1. Clean the environment before using the machine. No dangerous goods and other sundries.

2. Do not install or modify parts that are not suitable for machine performance, otherwise accidents may occur.

3. Operator's work clothes should be as light as possible. Special attention: sleeves of work clothes must be fastened and not opened.

4. After adjusting each part, open the master key switch, and then slowly turn the machine to check whether the equipment is working normally and whether there is vibration or abnormality.

5. The main drive system is located at the bottom of the machine and is closed by a locked stainless steel door. When the load capacity is adjusted, it must be opened and adjusted by a specially designated person. Make sure all doors are in good condition before restarting the machine.

6. The machine is closed by the clear plexiglass door above the desktop. When the machine starts normally, no one is allowed to turn on the machine without authorization.

7. In case of emergency, please press the red emergency stop button to troubleshoot in time. If you need to restart, ensure that the fault is completely rectified. Reset the emergency stop button and restart the host.

8. The machine should be operated by trained and qualified personnel. Do not allow others to operate the machine at will, otherwise it will cause personal injury and machine damage.

9. Before each filling, a 1-2 minute idling test must be carried out to check the rotation of all parts of the machine. Stable operation, no abnormal noise. The adjusting device works normally and all the instruments are reliable.
