2. The amount, duration and power of various cell fragmentation needs to be determined by the user according to his own experimental requirements.
3. During ultrasonic crushing, due to the cavitation effect of ultrasonic wave in the liquid, the temperature of the liquid will rise quickly, so it is recommended to use multiple crushing in a short time.
4.The effect of multiple operations in a short time is better than that of continuous long time operation. In order to prevent the liquid from heating, a longer interval time can be set. It is easy to form no-load when working continuously for a long time, which shortens the service life of the ultrasonic crusher.
