Although it is beneficial to the cleaning effect, the cavitation corrosion at the bottom of the tank will be more serious, thus shortening the service life of the cleaner; However, if the ultrasonic cleaning power is selected too small, it will often endanger the cleaning time of articles, resulting in long cleaning time or error of cleaning effect.
Second, the power of ultrasonic cleaner machine - how to choose the frequency of ultrasonic cleaner
Ultrasonic cavitation threshold is closely related to ultrasonic frequency. The higher the frequency, the higher the threshold. The lower the frequency is, the smaller the cavitation threshold will be. At this time, cavitation effect is more likely to occur. In the case of low frequency, the time interval for liquid to be compressed and sparse is longer, so that bubbles can grow to a larger size, enhance the cavitation strength, and benefit the ultrasonic cleaning effect. Therefore, the low-frequency ultrasonic cleaning machine is more suitable for large parts or the situation where the surface adhesion between stains and cleaning workpieces is relatively high, such as automobile engines, valves, etc. However, the low-frequency ultrasound cleaning machine is easy to corrode the surface of the cleaning parts, its frequency is relatively low, and the noise generated is relatively large. Therefore, the relatively low frequency should not be selected for parts with higher requirements on the surface of the workpiece and insufficient hardness.
Compared with high frequency ultra sonic cleaners, they are more penetrable and produce more cavitation bubbles than low frequency ultrasonic bath under the same sound intensity. Therefore, they are more suitable for cleaning components that are relatively precise, have more complex surface structures and have more blind holes. The noise of high-frequency ultrasound cleaning machine is also relatively small, but the cavitation strength is relatively low, which is more suitable for some precision parts. The adhesion between the cleaned stain and the cleaned workpiece surface is relatively poor.
III. Power calculation formula of ultrasonic cleaner machine
(1) Calculated according to transducer (commonly known as vibrating head). At present, there are two kinds of transducer power commonly used in the market: 50W/PCS and 60W/PCS.
(2) Just know the length and width of the tank. There is a seismon every 100mm, which is the distance between horizontal and vertical. The seismon power is usually 50W or 60W. 600 * 400=240000, except 10000=24 seismons 24 * 50=1200W24 * 60=1440W.
