The routine maintenance of ultrasonic welding machine is basically as follows:

1. Keep the heat dissipation and ventilation of parts well.
2. Regularly check whether the wire connector is loose.
3, welding head, bottom die and work often keep clean.
4, lift the groove, screw and other regular touch yellow grease, and keep it clean.
5. Keep the air in the workplace unblocked and the surrounding temperature should not be too high. (below 40°C)
6. Clean the air filter regularly. Cleaning agents or water should be used, and volatile solvents should not be used.
7. Wipe the machine regularly, but do not use liquid to clean it. Do not put heavy pressure or fluid above the vibration box.
8. When handling the machine, the vibration box should be separated from the machine body (disassemble the cable socket), and the handling must be careful not to be hit.
9. When not in use ultrasonic welder for a long time, please wipe and oil the appearance of the ultrasonic plastic welder machine, cover the envelope attached to the machine and place it in a dry and ventilated place.
10. Open the upper cover of the control box every month, and use a clean air gun without moisture to remove the dust in the box.
