1. Abnormal cylinder pressure
Phenomenon: Weak downward pressure or pressure fluctuations
Reason: Air leakage, solenoid valve blockage (common in humid environments)
Solve:
Use soapy water to test the sealing of the air circuit;
Install an air drying filter (recommended dew point temperature ≤ -20 ℃).
2. Time/energy control failure
Phenomenon: Welding time exceeds the limit but no fusion is achieved
Reason: PLC program error or energy monitoring sensor malfunction
Solve:
Reset welding parameters (it is recommended to test the time mode first, and then switch to the energy mode);
Check the energy monitoring module.
3. Product deformation
Phenomenon: Structural components warp or exceed dimensional tolerances
Reason: Local overheating (unreasonable design of energy conducting bars)
Solve:
Modify the height of the energy guide bar (usually 0.3-0.6mm);
Adopting multi-stage welding (such as pre pressing for 0.1 seconds before triggering ultrasonic waves).
