Ultrasonic screening system by power generation of high frequency electricity through the transducer into high frequency sinusoidal form of longitudinal oscillation wave, the oscillation wave transmitted to the resonator to resonance, and then by the resonator vibration evenly transmitted to the screen surface. The material on the screen is doing low-frequency three-dimensional vibration at the same time, superimposed on the ultrasonic vibration, not only can prevent mesh clogging, but also can improve the screening output and accuracy. The screening system also has a built-in microcomputer chip, which can automatically track the digital frequency throughout the whole process according to different states of materials, without manual adjustment. It is easy to operate, and has low heat output of the vibrating pinator for long time, and the working state is stable.
Ultrasonic screening system is composed of ultrasonic vibrating screen power supply, screen, connector, connecting cable, transducer and grid, the following are analyzed respectively:
1. Vibrating screen power supply: Ultrasonic screening system adopts 38KHz high-frequency high-power ultrasonic power supply.
2, screen mesh: suitable for 10 ~635 mesh.
3, connector: the use of aviation connection plug-in.
4. HF connection cable: a cable is used to connect the ultrasonic energy converter and the power supply of the ultrasonic vibrating screen.
5, clear net transducer: high performance ultrasonic conversion device.
6, ultrasonic network frame: composed of external network frame and resonator.
