Generally, the insulation resistance shall be greater than 30 megohm. If this insulation resistance value is not reached, the transducer may be wet. The maintenance method is to put the whole transducer (excluding the plastic sprayed shell) into the oven and set it to about 100 ℃, dry it for 3 hours, or use a blower to remove moisture until the resistance value is normal. The transducer is ignited by vibrator and the ceramic material is broken. Visual inspection and megger can be used during maintenance. Generally, as an emergency measure, a single damaged transducer can be disconnected without affecting the normal use of other transducers.
