The combined structure and functions of ultrasonic welding machine are as follows:
1. Barometer: indicates the working air pressure.
2. Pressure regulator: it is used to adjust the working air pressure. Pull out the knob to adjust it, and then press it in.
3. Ultrasonic test switch: touch the switch to send ultrasonic wave, which is generally used to detect whether the ultrasonic wave is normal.
4. Ultrasonic mold welding head lifting switch: it is mainly used to calibrate the mold. The switch is a self-locking switch, which needs to be pressed again after being pressed.
5. Trigger switch mechanism: it is used to control the trigger of ultrasonic wave under automatic program. If the mechanism is a time relay, it indicates the delay time from the start of trigger to the sending of ultrasonic wave.
6. Water separator: used to separate the water in compressed air. Please press the needle at the bottom of the cup upward when the water is half full to drain the water.
7. Body fixing handle: used to fix the upper frame.

The aluminum alloy welding head is easy to leave oxide on the working object, which can be prevented by electroplating or using heat-resistant plastic film.
13. Trigger switch: the switches on both sides are triggered at the same time, which can realize the normal program.
14. Emergency stop switch: this switch is a self-locking switch. Once triggered, the welding head cannot fall. If triggered, the knob should be reset to facilitate program operation.
15. Limit bolt: adjust the position of the nut on the bolt to limit the falling height of the welding head and control the welding depth of plastic parts.
16. Ultrasonic power switch: after this switch is turned on, the power is turned on, the indicator light is on, and the fan starts to run.
17. Overload indicator light: when the ultrasonic vibration of the machine is abnormal, this light will be on and stop vibration.
18. Ultrasonic test switch: when triggered, there is ultrasonic wave, which is used to check whether the sound wave is normal.
19. Load ammeter: when no-load, it indicates the resonance degree of the welding head (the lower the pointer, the better, depending on the number of welding heads and output segments).
20. Frequency modulation inductance: the working frequency of the regulating circuit matches the resonant frequency of mechanical vibration.
21. Control socket: use cable connection to transmit control loop signal.
22. Ultrasonic output socket: use cable connection to transmit high-voltage electrical signal to transducer.
23. Fuse holder: to accommodate the fuse.
24. Lifting speed: adjust this knob to adjust the speed up and down of the welding head, rotate clockwise to decelerate and vice versa.
25. Welding time: this knob is a band switch, which is actually an adjustable resistance to adjust the time of ultrasonic welding.
