What are the reasons for the changes in ultrasonic sound during the ultrasonic welding process?

1. The welding parts are placed incorrectly. When the welding parts are placed in the wrong position of the mold, for example, there is a floating space due to the size difference, or there are discontinuities in the passage of the ultrasonic wave in the bottom mold of the welding head, and abnormal noise will be generated at this time .
2. The components are damaged. When there is a problem with these components (such as rough surface, inconsistent frequency, etc.), these conventional noises will become sharp, and the higher the frequency, the greater the harm to people.
3. The welded parts are displaced. When the amplitude of the welded parts is large or not fixed, the welded parts will be displaced. When the ultrasonic welding is started, the high-frequency vibration will drive the displaced welded parts to vibrate together, resulting in noise . What's more, the displacement of the weldment leads to the direct contact between the welding head and the bottom mold after it is separated from the mold, which makes the noise louder
