Timing inspection of ultrasonic lace machine die:

(1) The parallelism between the plane of the die head and the flower wheel shall be checked on time. Generally, their parallelism shall be less than 0.02mm. If it exceeds this standard, it shall be adjusted before operation.

(2) If the working surface of the die head is worn and dented, resulting in poor fusing of the fabric during operation, the die head must be removed and the working surface must be ground flat before installation.

(3) Inspection of the matching between the working frequency of the die and the ultrasonic generator assembly.
