Working principle of Ultrasonic Plastic Insert Machine
The high-frequency signal generated by ultrasonic welding oscillator is converted into mechanical energy by ultrasonic welding transducer. The energy is transferred to the plastic workpiece through the welding joint. After hundreds of thousands of vibrations per second and intense friction of pressure, the joint surface of plastic workpiece can be melts. After the vibration stops, the short-term pressure maintained on the workpiece solidifies the two weldments into one in the form of molecular chain. Generally, the welding time is less than 1 second. The ultrasonic plastic welder can be used for the welding of thermoplastics, as well as riveting, spot welding, embedding, cutting and other processing processes.
