It is necessary to check whether the ground wire and the live wire are mixed, which causes the machine and equipment to have no grounding device. Then check whether the equipment is short circuited due to the aging of electronic components. The fuse is burnt out. After finding the correct fault, it should be repaired and replaced with a new fuse in a timely manner.

The indicator light is on, but there is no ultrasonic output

In case of such problems, the following five aspects must be taken into consideration.

Check the transducer: First, check whether the connecting plugs of the transducer and the ultrasonic power plate are loose. Then, use a megohmmeter to regularly check the plugs connected to the transducer, check the insulation resistance of the positive and negative poles of the transducer to find out whether the transducer is damped. If it is damped, use a blower to dry it. If it is not, it may be that the transducer is damaged, and a new transducer must be replaced.

Burned transducer vibrator: After the transducer vibrator is unglued, the connection between the vibrator and the vibration surface becomes worse. If the vibrator is used for a long time, it will burn. If the vibrator is burned, it needs to be maintained and inspected by professionals.

The stabilizer tube is damaged: After the resistance of the power tube is small or short circuited, the power on will cause the voltage stabilizer tube to be damaged. The diode gear of the multimeter can be used for detection. If the voltage stabilizer tube is damaged, a new voltage stabilizer tube should be replaced in time.

Burned inductor and isolation transformer: Inductors and transformers belong to heat dissipation components. If they are burnt out and cause short circuit, they shall be replaced with new electronic components.

Destruction of control board: After a period of work, if the machine and equipment infiltrate into the cleaning solution, it will also lead to the aging problem of electronic components. You can disconnect the control board from the motherboard and power up the motherboard by stopping the operation of the machine. If the machine works, it also means that the control board is damaged and must be replaced regularly.

Radiator fan can rotate, but no ultrasonic output:It may be that the power tube is damaged or the fuse is burnt out. The power tube on the motherboard will be short circuited due to the long-term use of the machine. When the power tube is connected to the mainboard, use a multimeter to check the resistance of the pins on both sides of the power tube.

Trip when power is turned on:It is necessary to check whether the generator power line is short circuited and whether there is any problem with the generator rectifier bridge. You can use a multimeter to check whether the four legs of the generator rectifier bridge are short circuited. If there is a short circuit, replace the rectifier bridge.

The cleaning effect is not satisfactory:This may be caused by the failure to adjust the ultrasonic frequency, unreasonable placement of cleaning solution in the tank, high liquid temperature, and the use of cleaning solution that does not meet the specifications. This should be adjusted according to the material size of the equipment and the object to be cleaned.
