Cleaning steps
1. Remove the spark plug.
2. Put an appropriate amount of cleaning solution in the ultrasonic spark plug cleaner
3. Put the burner head down and evenly put it into the ultrasonic cleaning tank to soak the spark plug.
4. Turn on the ultrasound
5. The cleaning solution is getting darker and darker.
6. Rinse with clean carburetor cleaning fluid

Q: How to repair the ultrasonic cleaning machine with small vibration
Generally, the ultrasonic vibration is small for the following reasons:
1. The service time is long, the transducer is aging, and the performance is attenuated. The maintenance method can appropriately increase the ultrasonic power. However, this method will increase the heating capacity of the transducer and cannot fundamentally solve the problem. It is recommended to replace all the transducers.
2. Some transducers are damaged. Replace the damaged transducers with matching transducers.
3. The working point of power supply and transducer drifts, and the working point shall be readjusted.
4. The power of the cleaning machine is small. Replace or modify the power supply and increase the number of transducers.
5. The working environment of the cleaning machine, such as the type of cleaning agent, cleaning temperature, liquid level, etc.
