The ultrasonic rubber cutting machine adopts PLC console, automatic feeding and tracking scanning system, and it uses ultrasonic sensors to track the cutting position. At the same time, it is equipped with anti-static device. When the power supply is cut off, a large amount of static electricity can be removed. The blade can be replaced at will, and the use cost is greatly reduced.
Thermoplastic resin sheet, film and laminate, carbon fiber composite, polyethylene fiber, carbon fiber or glass fiber (GFRP) molded products, and non vulcanized latex/rubber can all be cutted by ultrasound rubber cutting machine.
