Maintenance tips on Non-woven Fabric Sewing Machine
Oscillation box:
1) Ultrasonic inspection: When the steel mold is not installed, the ammeter indication should not exceed (0.4A);
2) How to press the check switch: press 2 seconds and stop for 1 second within 3 seconds. Do not press 3 seconds continuously.

4) When not in use for a long time, the machine must be warmed up regularly once a week;

Steel mold:
1) Knocking or damaging the steel mold can easily cause changes in vibration frequency.
2) The steel mold prevents oxidation and rust. When not in use, wipe it with an oil cloth and seal it.
3) When installing the steel mold, the bottom thread must be clean.
4) The ultrasonic steel mold is specially designed and matched with a fixed frequency. Do not cut, drill or change any appearance, otherwise it will affect the life of the transducer and vibration box.
5) When loading and unloading the steel mold, you must handle it with care to prevent the thread of the horn steel mold from slipping.
