Product Description:

The non-woven ultrasound sewing machine-also known as an ultrasonic seamless sewing machine or an embossing and sealing machine-utilizes high-frequency ultrasonic vibrations to generate heat through molecular friction at the contact surfaces of chemical-fiber non-woven fabrics, causing them to fuse instantly. Eliminating the need for needles, thread, or adhesives, it performs edge sealing, cutting, embossing, and openwork (lace) processing in a single pass, serving as a complete replacement for traditional sewing machines. The machine consists of a digital ultrasonic generator, an ultrasonic transducer, a patterned roller (lace wheel), and the main frame. Its operating principle involves the generator producing high-frequency electrical signals, which the transducer converts into mechanical vibrations occurring tens of thousands of times per second. These vibrations are transmitted to the welding head; as the fabric passes between the welding head and the patterned roller, high-frequency friction generates instantaneous heat that melts the surface of the thermoplastic non-woven fabric. The roller imprints the pattern while pressure fuses the fabric layers together; simultaneously, the cut edge is sealed by the heat, preventing fraying or loose threads. In addition to standard non-woven fabrics, the machine can process a wide range of materials, including PP spunbond non-wovens, coated non-wovens, polyester fabrics, synthetic filament fabrics, PE composite films, embossed synthetic fabrics, and non-woven composite materials.

FAQ

What materials can this non-woven ultrasound sewing machine weld? Can it weld pure cotton cloth?

Only thermoplastic synthetic fabrics can be welded by our ultrasonic lace machine.

Suitable materials: PP spunbond nonwoven fabric, laminated nonwoven fabric, polyester cloth, PE composite film and other chemical fiber fabrics.

Pure cotton, linen and other natural fabrics without plastic fiber cannot be fused by ultrasonic vibration, so they can't be welded.

Will the seam crack after pulling? Is the welding strength strong enough for medical products?

The materials are fused together on a molecular level instead of simple stitching. The welded seam has no pinholes and excellent tensile strength, stronger than traditional thread sewing. It will not crack under normal pulling force. The sealing is tight and waterproof, fully meeting the production standards of surgical gowns, protective suits and other medical disposable products. We can provide tensile test results if needed.

 

Does the cutting edge fray or loose threads? Will the fabric turn yellow or burnt?

The cutting and edge sealing are finished at the same time. The fiber is instantly melted and sealed, so the edge will never fray or loose threads.

Our digital automatic frequency-tracking generator only produces local instantaneous heating. The nonwoven fabric will not be burnt, wrinkled or yellowed, keeping a clean and smooth finished edge.

 

What frequency and power do you offer? 20KHz or 35KHz?

1. 20KHz models with 2600W power are suitable for thick PP non-woven fabric, heavy material continuous sealing and embossing. It is widely used for non-woven bags, protective garments.
2. The 35KHz small-power machine is designed for thin lightweight fabric and delicate lace patterns, with gentler vibration to avoid damaging thin materials.
