Common fault analysis and detection of ultrasonic cleaning machine

I. Fuse damage: if there is no power display or action after startup, first check whether the fuse in the power base is damaged.

Analysis: it may be that the grounding wire is mixed with the live line or the zero line, and there is no grounding (the grounding wire of the machine is connected with the shell of the machine), or the machine is short circuited, and the components are aging, resulting in short circuit and insurance damage;

Detection: take out the fuse to check whether it is disconnected, measure whether it is disconnected with the disconnected gear, and replace the equipment with a new one.

II. Sensor damage:

Analysis: due to long-term power on and use, the temperature rises gradually, which may lead to colloid melting, sensor falling off or sensor ceramic fracture;

Test: use a megger to measure the insulation strength of the sensor. If the insulation strength is lower than 200m Ω, it cannot be used again. It is necessary to replace the sensor. Due to long-term use, the internal ceramic of the sensor will also break, making it unable to work normally.

III. Power tube damage:

Analysis: because the machine is used continuously for a long time or there is too little cleaning fluid, the power supply tube on the motherboard will be short circuited;

Test: when the power supply tube is connected to the motherboard, it use a multimeter to measure the resistance of the pins on both sides of the power supply tube. Under normal conditions, it is about 22 Ω. After removing the power supply tube (disconnected from the motherboard), check whether there is no connection between the measuring pins.
