2. The connecting screws of the sieve transducer aviation plug must be tightened and wrapped with insulating tape to prevent powder from entering dust. And please pay attention to protect the connector during use.
3. Before turning on the machine, please check whether the sensor and connecting wire plug nuts are tightened, and whether the screen mesh and the frame is locked (locking force 40^50kg).
4. During use, please pay attention to the protection of the high-frequency connecting cable between the ultrasonic generator chassis and the transducer. The high-frequency connecting cable and transducer socket should be moisture-proof, and the connecting plug and socket should not be exposed to water.
5. If the material is conductive, please use an extended high-frequency connecting wire to connect the ultrasonic vibrating screen to isolate the source and shielding part to prevent materials from entering the ultrasonic power box and causing a short circuit.
6. Each ultrasonic system includes ultrasonic vibrating screen power supply, high-frequency connecting cable, and transducer. Please do not use it with ultrasonic systems from other manufacturers which to avoid unnecessary losses.
7. When placing the equipment, it should be placed horizontally.
8. The vibrating part should not be in contact with other objects.
