1. The working input voltage of the ultrasonic resonant power supply is AC 110V/220V. When wiring, pay attention to the reliability of the equipment grounding.
2. It is better to lower the power level while meeting production requirements. It can effectively extend the service life of the sieve.
3. When the grid is not loaded or stretched, do not turn on the ultrasonic power supply. Otherwise, it is easy to cause power overcurrent and damage to the grid and oscillator.
4. The screen must be tightly tensioned, otherwise it will affect the ultrasonic output and vibration effect.
5. Oscillator aviation plug must be tightened and wrapped with insulating tape to prevent dust from entering the ultrasonic screening system. And please pay attention to protecting this connector during use.
6. Before starting the sieve machine, check whether the nuts of the oscillator and the connecting wire plug are tightened, and whether the oscillator and the grid are tightened. During use, pay attention to the protection of the connecting wires between the chassis and the oscillator. The connecting wires and oscillator sockets should be moisture-proof, and the connecting plugs and sockets should not be exposed to water.
7. If the material is conductive, please extend the ultrasonic connection wire and connect the ultrasonic resonant power supply to the ultrasound screening system. On site isolation to prevent materials from entering the power box and causing short circuits.
8. Place the ultrasonic sieve power supply case in a ventilated area and do not wrap or cover other items.
9. Each set of ultrasonic waves includes a resonant power supply, an oscillator, and a vibration snap ring.
