Ultrasonic Vibration Sensor is a kind of ultrasonic electronic oscillator. When the ultrasonic voltage generated by the oscillator is applied to the piezoelectric crystal of the ultrasonic vibration transducer, the components of the piezoelectric crystal will move longitudinally under the action of the electric field. When the piezoelectric element oscillates, it is like a small piston with a small amplitude of about (1 ~ 10) M. However, the acceleration of this vibration is very large, about (10 ~ 103) g. therefore, the electromagnetic oscillation energy can be transformed into mechanical vibration. If this energy is dispersed along a certain direction, ultrasonic waves will be formed. When the pulse signal is applied to the two electrodes of the ultrasonic transducer, the piezoelectric chip resonates, drives the resonator to vibrate, and drives the surrounding medium to vibrate, thus generating ultrasonic waves. On the contrary, there is no voltage between the electrodes. When the resonance plate receives the echo signal, the inverse piezoelectric effect will force the two piezoelectric wafers to vibrate, thus converting the mechanical energy into an electrical signal. The installation steps and tools for the ultrasonic oscillator are as follows :

4.Install vibration head: evenly apply glue to the bottom of the ultrasonic oscillator, gently move the air and excess glue between the bottom of the transducer and the bottom of the cylinder to extrude out, so that the oscillator is more closely combined with stainless steel as a whole.

5.curing condensation: put in the room temperature is relatively high place curing,4-8 hours can be connected,24 hours can be energized after the test machine, the test machine absolutely does not allow air vibration.

Note :1. There are metal nail machine can also replace hydrogen arc welding. 2. Welding screws must be fully welded, otherwise they will fall off easily. 3 About curing, the length of time should consider the temperature, the temperature is low for a long time, the temperature is high for a little faster, it is recommended to operate at room temperature, even if heating is not too much heating, appropriate.
