The usage of Ultrasonic Spot Soldering Machine:
Connect the power line of the ultrasonic spot welder and turn on the switch on the handle, and clean the joint surface of the welding head.
Notes：
When replace or install the ultrasonic welding tool head, two wrenches must be used to respectively lock the welding head and the sensor.
After checking whether it is installed correctly, you should insert the power cord into the external power socket and turn the power switch. Then the power indicator will light up.
When press the sound wave control switch gently. The sound wave is transmitted to the ultrasound welding head, you can hear the "squeak" sound, indicating that the machine is working normally and can be put into use.
When the ultrasound spot welding machine works abnormally, please do not disassemble the equipment without authorization. Please inform the supplier and send the equipment to the manufacturer for inspection and maintenance.
