a. Ultrasonic intensity weakening

1. use a frequency meter to measure whether the host frequency is within the normal frequency range. Generally, the 28K oscillator is 27-31k, and the 40K oscillator is 39-41k. If the difference is too large, it can be recovered by adjusting the frequency adjustment potentiometer on the main board.

2. observe the current of the ammeter. If the current is too small than the rated current, first check whether the ultrasonic vibrator is damaged, such as vibrator falling off, vibrator chip cracking, bonding glue cracking, and whether the connecting wire is short circuited. In general, if the current drops little or almost no, and the sound is normal, but the ultrasonic intensity drops severely, it is likely that the vibrator bonding glue is cracked. The judgment method is as follows:; Observe the glue coating at the connection between the vibrator and the steel plate. Under normal circumstances, it should be a smooth surface. If there is a small crack, it is likely that the glue has cracked. At this time, the vibrator should be removed and re bonded. If the current drop is severe, mainly check whether there is open circuit of the connecting wire or chip crack of the vibrator.

3. generally, the working voltage, cleaning object, water temperature and the type of cleaning fluid will have an impact on the ultrasonic intensity. Especially in the case of severe agitation, the ultrasonic will weaken and recover after tens of seconds. Pay attention to the use method.


b. There is ultrasound, but the power cannot be adjusted.

1. check whether the thyristor is short circuited. If yes, replace it. Otherwise, check the next step.

2. check whether the triode T5 is damaged. If yes, replace it.


c. There is no ultrasonic, the power switch indicator is on, and the fan operates normally.

1. remove the output cable, turn on the power supply, adjust the power to the maximum, use the multimeter AC 1000V gear, and measure the voltage at the output end, which is generally about 1000V. If there is voltage, the generator is OK. Plug in the output cable.

2. use the DC 1000V gear of the multimeter to measure whether there is about 300V at the positive and negative ends of the output of the main capacitor or rectifier bridge. If there is voltage, check the next step.


d. There is no ultrasonic, the power switch indicator is not on, and the fan does not turn.

1. check whether the power switch is damaged. If yes, replace the power switch. Otherwise, check the next step.

2. check whether the fan is damaged. If yes, replace the fan.


e. No ultrasonic, no display of power switch indicator, and the fan operates normally.

1. check whether the rectifier bridge is damaged.

2. check whether the main capacitor is damaged. If yes, replace the capacitor.

3. check whether the power tube is damaged.


Special attention shall be paid during maintenance. The machine shall be placed in a dry and ventilated place. The distance from the rear of the machine to the shelter shall be greater than 30mm for heat dissipation. In case of problems, contact the maintenance personnel in time.
