Daily maintenance of ultrasonic cleaning machine:

1.Check the cleaning tank before work to make sure there is adequate water in the tank.

2. Add proper amount of cleaning agent according to process requirements.

3. Hang the power adjustment knob in place.

4. Turn off the power switch or plug the power cord into a power socket.

5. Turn on the power switch and adjust the "power adjustment" knob to the required power value, and the ultrasonic cleaning machine starts to work.

6. When the machine stops working, turn the "power adjustment" knob to small position and turn off the power switch.

7. If it is automatic ultrasonic cleaning machine, it is recommended to regularly check the mechanical part, and timely add lubricating oil maintenance
