How to debug ultrasonic welding mold?

1. First open the working air pressure source of the ultrasonic equipment to ensure the normal index of the equipment barometer
2. Use a special wrench to unload the original welding mold on the equipment, and install the ultrasonic mold for welding products (clockwise is loose, be sure to tighten it)
3. Turn on the power of ultrasonic equipment, open the start button, wait for five seconds, and turn off the power
4. Then, press and hold the sound detection button on the controller to hear the ultrasonic sound of the machine (the sound should be clear, without hoarseness and excess noise). If the sound is hoarse or there is a scream, you must check whether the mold is broken or loose, and take countermeasures
5. Loosen the two fastening handles at the back of the frame and shake the head of the machine to a certain height (according to the height of the product)
6. Turn off the air source (adjust the air pressure controller to "zero")
7. Put the products that need to be welded on the bottom die and ensure that the die is closed
8, pull down the whole mold vibration cylinder, make the upper mold close to the bottom mold, shake the head elevator, make the upper mold press on the product, and keep the product consistent with the upper mold
9, increase the air pressure to 0.1mpa, select the switch to manual, press the two green start buttons, make the mold down, and press the product
10, shake the elevator, so that the limit screw and vibration cylinder keep 1MM distance (according to the need for welding products)
11. Tighten the fastening handle of the frame, fix the bottom die, and press the red emergency stop button to make the nose rise
12, select switch to automatic, adjust the welding parameters of the product, ready for production
If the product is unbalanced or offset in production, it is necessary to adjust the horizontal nut to control the adjustment
