How to easily detect the status of an ultrasonic cleaning machine?

Aug 27, 2025

1. Aluminum foil erosion test
Operation: Cut approximately 10x10cm aluminum foil (suitable for ordinary household use), hang it vertically in clean water in the cleaning tank, ensuring complete immersion.
Run: Turn on the device and run for 1-2 minutes.
Inspection: Remove the aluminum foil and observe the surface. When the performance is good, the aluminum foil surface is uniformly distributed with dense small holes or shows obvious erosion marks; If the erosion is weak or only slightly changes at the edge, the ultrasonic intensity may be insufficient or unevenly distributed.

2. Actual measurement of cleaning effect
Selection: Take a small amount of common lightly soiled items (such as dusty glasses, metal pieces with oxide layers).
Comparison: Run for 2-5 minutes under regular cleaning parameters.
Evaluation: Compare the effect before and after cleaning. If the stain removal is not thorough or takes much longer than before, be alert to the decline in equipment performance.

3. Running sound and vibration monitoring
Normal state: The equipment should emit a stable and continuous "hissing" sound during operation, accompanied by uniform and fine bubbling of water in the tank, and slight high-frequency vibration of the body.
Abnormal signal:
1) The noise fluctuates between high and low, with intermittent or piercing abnormal sounds;
2) The bubbles in the groove are sparse and unevenly distributed;
3) The body vibrates violently or irregularly;
These may indicate damage, detachment, or circuit failure of the transducer.
