2. The welding effect of ultrasonic welder machine is related to the surface smoothness, otherwise there is no need to make ultrasonic lines on the plastic mold. Good high temperature strength and fatigue strength can improve the service life of the sound electrode and ensure the strength and stability of the welding spot of the ultrasonic welding machine. At present, this technology is mostly used in high-speed steel and ball bearing steel as acoustic pole materials for welding aluminum, copper, silver and other soft metals.

7. Mechanical accuracy of ultrasonic plastic welding machine: the perpendicularity of the upper sound pole and the workpiece will have a great impact on the quality of the welding joint. With the vertical deviation of the upper sound pole, the joint strength will drop sharply. The bending of the upper sound pole and the loosening of the lower sound pole or anvil will cause welding distortion.

8. Welding atmosphere: generally, the ultrasonic plastic welding equipment does not need to provide gas protection for the weldment. Only in special applications, such as the welding of titanium and the welding of lithium and steel, can sub gas protection be used. For some packaging applications, welding may be required in a drying oven or sterile room.
