It is applicable to the initial cleaning of the workpiece (coarse and dirty). If the frequency is high, the ultrasonic wave has strong directionality, which is suitable for fine object cleaning.
Cleaning temperature: generally speaking, the cavitation effect of ultrasonic is the best at 30 ℃ - 40 ℃. The higher the temperature is, the more significant the effect is. Generally, the working temperature of 50 ℃ - 70 ℃ is used for the practical application of ultrasonic.
The placement method of the workpiece during cleaning and the selection of the amount of cleaning fluid. Generally, the liquid level of the cleaning fluid is more than 100mm higher than the vibration surface. For larger workpieces, the stainless steel mesh cage is generally used for cleaning. The mesh of the mesh cage is related to the working frequency of the ultrasonic wave. The current industrial cleaning frequency requires that the mesh is generally more than 10mm.
