Routine maintenance and precautions of ultrasonic welding machine

1. Keep spot welding machine and its workbench clean;

2. Keep the spot welding head clean, and do not mix other hard objects, especially iron nails, in the mesh during operation to avoid damage to the ultrasonic welding machine or impact;

3. Long term welding of aluminum materials will lead to the adsorption of upper and lower welding heads. According to the welding surface condition, brush and wipe gently with a copper wire brush in the direction of the mesh of the welding head surface to clean the adsorbates in the mesh and prevent the bonding between the welding surface and the workpiece during welding;

4. The service life of the ultrasonic welder welded head's chequered surface (under the non annealing state) is generally 100000 times. When the service life is reached or the chequered surface is worn, it can be repaired by the machine repair before use.
