Safety operation rules for ultrasonic cleaning machine

First, cleaning scope

1. This machine is specially managed by special personnel, and other people are not allowed to operate it without authorization.

2. The ultrasonic cleaning machine is used for the secondary cleaning of parts, and the parts that have not been cleaned shall not be put into the machine for cleaning.

3. This machine cleaning scope: engine cylinder block, cylinder head, crankshaft, camshaft, connecting rod piston, air compressor and other engine parts, bearings, direction machine, transmission shaft and gear, reducer gear, etc.

Two, operation method

1. Add proper amount of clean water into the cleaning tank, and the liquid level shall be subject to the submerged side vibration box.

2. Close the power switch on the rear panel of the control cabinet, start the electric heating switch, and point the white scale line on the water temperature adjustment knob to the appropriate temperature, generally 50℃ -55 ℃ in summer, 60℃-65℃ in winter. During use, the temperature of cleaning solution shall not exceed 70℃.

3. First use a bucket of water to wash the cleaning agent with warm water to stir evenly, so that it is fully dissolved, when the water temperature of the cleaning tank rises to about 40℃, add it to the sink. Cleaning agent diluted by 1 ~ 2% with water (cleaning agent about 5 ~ 9 kg).

4. Place the parts in the net basket and gently put them into the cleaning pool, evenly distributed. Cleaning parts should reach more than 60% of the cleaning tank and then boot, so as not to scream, damage the power supply.

5. After the water temperature reaches a predetermined value, start cleaning, turn the ultrasonic power knob at the bottom and side clockwise to a larger value, and press the ultrasonic start button to start cleaning. To stop cleaning, directly press the ultrasonic stop button.

6. Timing cleaning: first set the cleaning time, set the timing switch to open, and then rotate the two power knobs clockwise to a larger, press the ultrasonic start button to start cleaning, after reaching the timing time, the ultrasonic power will automatically shut down.

7. After cleaning, turn off the ultrasonic power supply, then remove the cleaned parts, use compressed air to thoroughly blow the residual cleaning liquid in each hole, and blow dry the surface.

8. If there is too much oil on the liquid surface of the cleaning pool, the overflow device should be opened to eliminate it to prevent the secondary pollution of the cleaned workpiece.
