Why there are unstable product quality after welding by ultrasonic welding machine？

1. Increase the welding safety factor (including welding time, pressure and power in sequence).

2. Enable the fine adjustment set screw (it should be controllable to 0.02mm).

3. Check whether the ultrasonic upper mold output energy of the ultrasonic welding machine is sufficient (if not, increase the number of segments).

4. Check whether the fixture positioning and product bearing capacity are stable.

5. Modify the ultrasonic waveguide fuse of the ultrasonic welding machine.
