Description of welding action of ultrasonic welding machine

1. lowering of welding head: after the ultrasonic power supply and air pressure source of the vibration generator box are connected, press the weld button, and the welding head will descend.

2. delay time: when the welding head drops to the action of the limit switch, the delay time timer starts counting.

3. welding time: at the end of the delay time, the welding time timer starts to count, and the vibrator vibrates the welding at the same time.

4. hardening time: at the end of the welding time, the hardening time timer starts counting.

5. welding head rising: when the hardening time is finished, the ultrasonic welding head will rise, and the counter will accumulate once to complete a cycle action.
