1. First, lock the transducer on the grid with the screen mesh attached (locking strength is 40~50kg), and then install the ultrasonic grid into the vibrating screen.
2. The power supply of ultrasonic vibrating screen and rotary vibrating screen are separated. The rotary vibrating screen provides three-phase power supply, while the ultrasonic vibrating screen power supply is single-phase power supply. Both need to be reliably grounded.
3. The OUT on the rear panel of the ultrasonic vibrating screen power supply is the ultrasonic output. Please insert and lock the ultrasonic high-frequency connection cable, and check whether the connection is reliable. Connect the other end of the aviation plug of the high-frequency connecting cable to the transducer and ensure that the seal is securely fixed.
4. Connect the generator for ultrasonic sieving and the ultrasonic high-frequency connection line. After checking that everything is correct, turn on the ultrasonic power switch. With a "beep" sound, the power supply of the ultrasonic vibrating screen is turned on, and the display window displays "Vibration Amplitude XXXμm", entering the self-test state.
