How to choose correct ultrasonic frequency cleaning in different industries？

1). When the dirt of the object to be cleaned is heavy or difficult to clean, and the damage to the surface of the object to be cleaned by explosion impact is small, the low-frequency series piezo ultrasonic transducer shall be selected. Commonly used industries included magnetic industry, automobile protection industry, textile industry, etc.（Note that the noise of this series is large, and it is best to conduct sound insulation treatment）

2). If the dirt of the cleaned object is heavy or the cleaning difficulty is moderate, and the explosion impact has little damage to the surface of the cleaned object, the intermediate frequency series sensor shall be selected. The common industry used are: machinery processing industry, electroplating industry, catering industry, etc.

3). When the dirt of the cleaned object is light and easy to clean, or the explosion impact has requirements on the surface damage of the cleaned object, the medium and high frequency series sensors shall be selected. Common industries are precision parts, glasses, electronic components, circuit boards, etc.;

4). The dirt of the object to be cleaned is very light and easy to clean. When it is required that the cleaned object surface will not be damaged by explosion impact, the piezoelectric ultrasonic transducer of high frequency series shall be selected. Commonly used industries like semiconductor, special high-precision parts, etc.
