What is the operation process of multiple station rotary ultrasonic welder?

Correctly place and clamp the workpiece on the fixture, and the welding part of the workpiece shall be free of dust and oil dirt;

Turn on the main power switch and press the on key after the touch panel operates normally.

Do not put your head and hands in the work area when the equipment is running.

Do not let the welding head contact the metal table and other metal parts.

Clean and maintain the machine.

Press the double control button to carry out a welding work cycle. Loosen the clamp and remove the welded workpiece; Re clamp the workpiece and continue the next welding cycle;

Be very careful when installing the weldment into the fixture, because there may be extrusion points between the concentrator and the anvil; When welding, do not put your hand into the welding part to avoid injury;

Check whether the fixture is installed correctly, whether the clamping device is flexible and reliable, whether the gap between the welding head and the fixture is reasonable, and remove any debris in the mold cavity;

Check whether the gas circuit connection is intact, turn on the gas circuit switch and adjust the pressure to the required value;

In case of problems or alarm sound of the welding machine, it shall be shut down for maintenance;

The site ambient temperature shall be kept between 5 ℃ and 50 ℃.

When deactivating, return the clamp to the released position, press the "stop" key, and cut off the main power switch and gas circuit switch
