Ultrasonic welding is a plastic welding method. Due to ultrasonic vibrations, the two plastic surface molecules generate friction and heat and weld together.
Precautions for ultrasonic welding:
There must be enough fusible material to melt the welding surface. And the parameters such as welding pressure and amplitude can be adjusted to ensure that the welding joint is in contact with the welding surface and pressurized. The fixture is a pressurized part that is placed in the bottom mold and does not move. The welding joint of the sponge scourer ultrasonic welding machine generates high-frequency ultrasonic waves, which make the upper workpiece vibrate and fuse with the lower workpiece. After the horn vibration stops, maintain the pressure to cool the melting position. The entire welding process takes less than three seconds.
