Q:Calibration of ultrasonic Cf cards welding machine:

In order to achieve high production efficiency, the distance between the welding head and the plastic parts should be shortened as far as possible, but enough space should be left for convenient access to and placement of plastic parts.

1 Put the plastic parts in the base, adjust the air pressure to about 2kg, and use the lifting switch of the welding head to align the upper and lower touch.

2. Select a suitable distance between the welding head and the plastic parts to lock the fixed handle of the frame.

3 Adjust the limit bolt to lower the welding head, and there is still about 0.2mm space after pressing the plastic part. (for plastic parts with high requirements for welding depth, this space is correspondingly increased).

4 Adjust welding, pressure holding time, air pressure and test welding samples.

5 Observe the sample. If uneven welding is found, it is necessary to carefully adjust the balance of the base. The general principle is that the more severe the welding part is, the lower it should be. Pad a piece of paper on the opposite position of the base and raise the corresponding position of the base, so that the plastic part and the welding head fit well.
