Ultrasonic Welding Grading Card Slabs

Jiayuanda Ultrasonic plastic welder machine-H40/40S. It is an intelligent digital ultrasound welding machine researched and developed by us. We use perfect and optimized real-time phase-locked loop tracking technology in developing this series, which achieves more stable and reliable operation. Flexible human-machine interface configuration gains more flexible product application....

Product Description:

The grading card slabs ultrasonic welding machine is a specialized device designed for precise and efficient welding of grading card slabs. This machine utilizes ultrasonic technology to weld grading card slabs with high accuracy and repeatability. It is equipped with precision grading mechanisms that ensure accurate positioning and alignment of the slabs during the welding process. Ultrasonic welding grading card slabs creates a strong, permanent bond between the two halves of the plastic casing, securely encapsulating sports cards, Pokémon cards, and other valuable collectibles. This process delivers precise, clean, and consistent welds without the need for adhesives, screws, or other consumables, ensuring the finished case offers exceptional clarity, tamper resistance, and a professional aesthetic.

FAQ:

What should I do when the machine gives an overload alarm?

When the ultrasonic welding grading card slabs machine triggers an overload alarm, please follow these steps:

1.Stop operation immediately and turn off the power.

2.Perform a no-load test:

Turn the power back on and trigger the sonic check without any material or load.

Observe the current/amplitude reading on the HMI.

3.If the no-load current is normal (e.g., below 1A):

Check whether the welding parameters (amplitude, time, pressure) are set too high for the material.

Reduce the amplitude or pressure and try again.

4.If the no-load current is abnormally high:

Check the welding horn (sonotrode) for cracks, looseness, or foreign objects.

Ensure the horn is properly tightened (torque ~25 Nm).

Test by removing the horn and checking the converter alone to isolate the problem.

5.Other common causes:

Foreign material stuck between the horn and anvil.

Loose or damaged cables/connectors.

Abnormal input voltage or frequency.

6.If the alarm persists:

Contact technical support with the error code shown on the HMI (if any).

Do not continue using the machine to avoid damaging the transducer or generator.

What are the key maintenance and safety precautions?

Safety Precautions:

1.Reliable grounding:The machine must be properly grounded to prevent electric shock.

2.No hand placement:Never place hands between the welding horn and the anvil (fixture) during operation.

3.No-load sonic check limit:Do not press the sonic check (amplitude test) button for more than 3 seconds at a time, otherwise the transducer may be damaged.

4.Power off before adjustment:Always turn off the power before cleaning, adjusting, or replacing the horn or fixture.

5.Avoid flammable materials:Do not use the machine near flammable gases or liquids.

Maintenance Precautions:

1.Air filter & water drainage:For pneumatic models, regularly drain water from the air filter and keep it dry.

2.Horn inspection:Check the welding horn periodically for cracks, wear, or loose screws. A cracked horn can cause overload alarms or poor welding quality.

3.Cleaning:Keep the machine and work area clean. Remove debris or plastic residue from the horn and fixture after each shift.

4.Lubrication:Lubricate moving parts (e.g., guide rails, cylinders) according to the manual's schedule.

5.Electrical check:Periodically inspect cables, connectors, and switches for damage or looseness.

6.Calibration:If welding quality becomes inconsistent, recalibrate the frequency or amplitude settings as per the manual.
