Q: How to adjust the parameters of Handheld Ultrasonic Spot Welder?
The parameter adjustment of ultrasonic spot welding machine mainly includes the following aspects:

Q: Notes on tuning of Ultrasonic welding machine:
1) When adjusting the tuned inductance, the change in the load meter does not mean power output, but only the resonance degree between the generator and sensor energy device system
The smaller the voltage, the better the resonance. (The amplitude modulation switch can also be adjusted, but it is not allowed when there is ultrasonic output to prevent high-voltage electric shock.)
2) When the load table is empty, it indicates the degree of resonance; When loaded, represents the output energy.
3) When tuning, if the overload indicator light is on, immediately release the test switch. After 3 seconds, adjust the tuning inductance, and then conduct ultrasonic testing.
4) Correct tuning is crucial. If the normal state cannot be reached, please refer to the fault detection table. Do not use it reluctantly to avoid damaging the machine.
