The ultrasonic plastic spot welder utilizes a proprietary high-frequency ultrasonic generator (e.g., 28 kHz) to ensure uniform welding energy distribution and minimize the risk of weak welds. In applications such as electronic component welding, it achieves rapid welding in just 0.1 seconds and increases weld joint strength by 30%. Constructed from aerospace-grade aluminum alloy, the unit is 20% lighter than conventional equipment. Its ergonomically contoured handle reduces fatigue during prolonged use, making it ideal for assembly line operations. Features of Ultrasonic Plastic Spot Welder:
1.No frequency adjustment is needed at startup. The system automatically identifies the vibration frequency of the ultrasonic system. An internal clock oscillator continuously scans the ultrasonic frequency, making real-time automatic adjustments to ensure the welding system operates at the correct frequency at all times, without drifting even during prolonged use.
2.This is a general-purpose machine designed for welding plastic molded products, as well as sealing composite films (plastic, paper, aluminum laminate) and plastic tube ends. Depending on the application, different processing methods such as fusion welding, insert welding, or riveting are used.
3.It uses the high-speed vibration of the welding horn (exceeding 15 kHz per second), which is mechanically transmitted to the surfaces of the two plastic workpieces. This generates instantaneous localized high temperatures, rapidly melting the plastic interface. When vibration stops, the melted parts are fused under pressure before solidifying.
4.Equipped with digital circuit integrated program control, this ultrasonic plastic spot welder offers a high degree of convenient operation, simple setup, safe use, and stable performance.
