1) The main engine shall not be placed in wet, dusty and overheated places.
2) Do not put liquid products on the host, keep it clean, and do not clean it with liquid when wiping.
3) If it is over 7 days or the service time is sparse, please cover it with dust cover.
4) When it is not used for a long time, the heat engine must be fixed once every 5 ~ 7 days.
5) Pay attention to clean the filter of air pressure air source. If 1 / 2 water is retained, it shall be removed immediately.
6) The grounding wire shall be grounded.
7) In addition to necessary maintenance, try to avoid opening the machine body. When opening, be sure to turn off the power supply and release the residual capacitance.
Maintenance details of ultrasonic welding die
1) Knocking or damaging the mold is easy to change the vibration frequency.
2) The mould shall be protected from pig iron or oxidation, and shall be sealed and wiped with tarpaulin when not in use.
3) When installing the die, lightly grease the bottom screw surface.
4) The ultrasonic mold (horn) has been specially designed and tested. The frequency and output current are fixed. It is forbidden to change any appearance by cutting and drilling, otherwise it will affect the service life of the vibration system and control box.
5) When loading and unloading the die, it must be handled with care to prevent the thread of the horn die from sliding.
