Wheel and steel die contact time is longer, easy to fuse. When the wheel pressure value of ultrasonic embosser is large, the processed consumables can obtain more ultrasonic energy and are easier to fuse. (At the same time, the wear of the pattern wheel mold also increased.) Wheel inspection: the pattern of the wheel must be sharp, hardness HRC 60-61°. Worn and rusted wheels are not allowed.
So as not to affect product quality or accelerate die wear due to the increase of wheel pressure. Wheel pressure value control: complicated design, pressure value can be increased. The pattern is not sharp and the pressure value can be increased. Small amplitude of sound waves can increase the pressure value of the mold. For consumables with high chemical fiber content, the pressure value can be reduced, but for TC cloth, the pressure value can be increased.
Ultrasonic embossing machine for the thickness of consumables, can increase the pressure value. Under the same machining speed and pressure, the machining quality is better. (Low pressure value, small wear of steel die and steel wheel, long service life of equipment).
