Power supply: provides the required electrical energy for the transducer. Use inverter power supply, imported IGBT components, install overcurrent protection line.
Ultrasonic transducer after high frequency electric energy into mechanical energy, produces the high frequency vibration amplitude of tiny and spread to the cleaning slot in the solution, under the action of transducer, the interior of the cleaning fluid will continue to produce a large number of tiny air hole and really in an instant burst, every air-pocket breakdown can produce thousands of atmospheric pressure of shock wave, thus the burr.
