1. Check whether the ultrasonic welding head is broken (cracked). Replace a welding head or remove the welding head to see if it is overloaded. 2. Adjust a wave modulator. The amplitudes of each gear and each welding head are different, which can be matched by the wave modulator

3. Check whether the capacitor is damaged. Check the electronic components on the vibrating plate

4. Check whether the ultrasonic welding transducer is cracked
