How to debug the frequency of ultrasonic generator?
May 12, 2022
Simple commissioning steps of ultrasonic generator:
Before commissioning the generator, (prepare the frequency multimeter, current clamp meter, cross screwdriver, small slotted screwdriver and insulating pad paper of the generator) be sure to check whether the load is short circuited and whether the positive and negative electrodes are connected reversely with the multimeter, and correctly connect the positive and negative electrodes of the ultrasonic (vibration plate) to the positive and negative terminals of the generator output. The negative electrode is connected with the tank, and the multimeter will give an alarm when testing.
Steps:
1、 Open the generator casing, check whether there is any plug-in damaged or loose due to logistics transportation inside the generator, confirm that there is no abnormality, loosen the two screw nuts of the inductor, and plug in the 220V grounding power supply. (Note: the transformer with several yellow insulating gaskets in the middle is inductance).
2、 Turn on the switch on the front of the generator, and the screen displays the value of "F28.0" or "F40.0", which represents the frequency of the generator. (at this time, it should be confirmed whether the ultrasonic frequency is consistent with the frequency of the generator)
Insert the embedded meter into the red wire inside the generator switch and observe its actual current. The following situations will occur:
1. When the displayed current is the actual working current value, stop debugging and lock the inductor nut of the regulator.
2. If the displayed current is far less than the actual working current value, directly lift the magnetic core above the shunting inductor by hand, and observe the rolling display of the embedded current meter during the lifting process. When the embedded current meter displays the working current value, remember the lifting height of the inductor, and then pad it to this height with insulating paper. After shutdown, lock the inductor nut. (the gasket must be increased or decreased in the state of shutdown)
3. If the display current is greater than the actual working current value, the method is the opposite, indicating that the inductance is high, and the corresponding reduction of gasket can reach the actual working current value.
4. If the displayed current value is slightly less than (greater than) the working current value, there is no need to adjust the inductance. Directly use a small slotted screwdriver to fine tune the
5. small blue potentiometer at the upper left behind the display screen. Observe the display on the embedded meter during the process of turning the left and right knobs. When the embedded meter displays the working current value, stop fine-tuning.
The frequency debugging of ultrasonic generator can play a good effect in some equipment. For example, ultrasonic cleaner will also have a certain effect in terms of cleaning effect, but it is not applicable to all equipment and is determined according to specific circumstances.
