Preparations before using ultrasonic compounding machine

1. Check whether the machine and equipment operate normally, including cylinder air pressure, wheel tools, guide wheels, etc. If there is any abnormal time, report to the superior leader and report to the engineering department in time.

2. The color matching personnel shall mix the appropriate paste and pigment according to the production order and "process record". The order production shall be prepared in strict accordance with the "one kilogram color mixing method". About 10kg~15kg colored paste, about 5kg~8kg, should not be too much to avoid waste.

3. Select the appropriate version roller model according to the production order. Clean with DMF or MEK and wipe with a clean cloth after replacing the plate roller.

4. Check whether the oven is clean, and adjust the temperature of the material to start heating.

5. The captain lifts and connects the traction materials according to the platoon, and the connection of traction materials must be firm.

6. Adjust the pressure or clearance of silicone roller.

7. Start formal production, and slowly increase the speed or speed up according to the effect of material production until the product reaches the effect and production efficiency is satisfied.
