Use Notes for single groove ultrasonic cleaning machine

To prolong the service life, it is recommended to put the device in a ventilated and dry area, and the fan hole at the rear of the generator should be cleaned regularly. The generator has air vents on all sides to make the air flow unimpeded.  

1. The cleaning tank must be put into liquid before it can start working. The water level is > 100mm (bottom vibration type) and placed horizontally. 

2. When cleaning the cylinder at normal temperature, do not directly inject high temperature liquid into the cylinder, so as not to cause the loosening of the transducer and affect the normal use of the machine. 

3. When the cleaning liquid needs to be replaced due to pollution, do not inject low-temperature liquid directly into the high-temperature cylinder, which can also lead to the transducer falling off. At the same time, the heater switch should be turned off, so as not to damage the heater because there is no liquid in the tank. 

4. check the transducer regularly, do not make it damp and impact, so as not to cause unnecessary losses. Turn off the main power supply after use. Do not immediately restart after the shutdown, the gap time should be more than 1 minute.
