What problems should be paid attention to during the welding process of ultrasonic welder machine?

Every day, the ultrasonic welder machine needs to do some preparatory work:

① When welding the die, the vibrator and the expanding cone cannot rotate more than 300, so as not to break the high-tension line;
(2) The welding mold should be fixed well and there can be no looseness;
③ Ultrasonic inspection shall be conducted before welding, and the amplitude shall not exceed the specified range of the machine;
④ During debugging, the empty shell should be used for testing, and the welding of the product should be carried out only after the ultrasonic wave is adjusted to a suitable range;
⑤ Be careful not to stretch your hands or other objects to the welding part during welding to prevent crushing or damage to the welding die;
⑥ During ultrasonic welding machine welding, please don't press the vibration die head to avoid burns. If you encounter any problems during operation, please press the red emergency stop button.
⑦ During normal production, earplugs should be worn for protection.
