What about steps for replacing Ultrasonic Li-Ion Battery Welder's welding tool head?
(1) First, open the working air pressure source of the ultrasonic equipment to ensure the normal index of the equipment barometer;
(2) Use a special wrench to remove the original welding mold from the equipment, and install the ultrasonic mold for the product to be welded (loosen it clockwise, remember to tighten it). Here, pay attention to tighten the screws of the mold first;
(3) Turn on the power supply of the ultrasonic equipment, turn on the start button and wait for five seconds, turn off the power supply, then press the sound wave detection button on the controller to hear the machine send out ultrasonic (the sound should be clear, without hoarseness and excess noise). If the sound is hoarse or screaming, check whether the mold is broken or loose, and take countermeasures;
(4) Loosen the two fastening handles behind the boot rack and swing the machine head up to a certain height. (determined according to the product height);
(5) Turn off the air supply. (adjust the air pressure controller to "zero";
(6) Place the products to be welded on the bottom mold and ensure mold closing;
(7) Pull down the entire mold vibration cylinder to make the upper mold close to the bottom mold, shake the head lifter to press the upper mold onto the product, and keep the product consistent with the upper and lower molds;
(8) Increase the air pressure to 0.1MPa, turn the selector switch to manual, press the two green start buttons to lower the mold and press the product;
(9) Shake the lifter to keep a distance of 1mm between the limit screw and the vibration cylinder (add or subtract according to the products to be welded);
(10) Tighten the fastening handle of the rack, fix the bottom mold, and press the red emergency stop button to raise the machine head;
(11) Select the switch to automatically adjust the welding parameters and time of the product and prepare for production.
If the product is unbalanced or offset during production, it is necessary to control the adjustment level by adjusting the horizontal nut {assuming that the right side of the welded product is overfused (too heavy) and the left side is too light, the following adjustments can be made. And so on in similar cases.
